Thomas Dexheimer, Dipl.-Inform., studied computer science at the Technical University of Darmstadt focusing on crytography, communication networks, computer graphics and robotics. In 2003 he graduated with his thesis about context sensitive services for intranet based building information systems. At Fraunhofer SIT he specialised in smart devices and embedded security and worked in hardware and software testing as well as implementation projects. He participated in various national and European projects, such as the development of the German eHealth card and AMIGO. Since 2008 he is a certified TeleTrust Information Security Professional.
