Collin Mulliner received his Master of Science in Computer Science degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2006. Before he joined Fraunhofer SIT in 2008 he worked as an embedded software developer. Collin's main area of research is the security of mobile devices and networks with a special emphasis on mobile and smart phones. In recent years he has focused on research and development in the area Bluetooth where he created the first Bluetooth port-scanner. Collin loves gadgets, especially small ones without wires.
